This is my entry for the Disney Parents contest [link] at :icondisney-club:

I decided to go really crazy and have ALL the mothers (who would be included according to the rules of the contest) featured in one huge picture, having tea. And discussing their children, of course.

Please note, and do NOT inform me that animal mothers (Sarabi, Zira, etc.) are not present in this picture. It just wouldn't have made much sense. Mrs. Potts and Duchess are in there just for the lulz.

I had fun doing this, even though it took obscenely long, because I got to watch the movies and listen to the soundtracks for reference and inspiration =D Yay!

Wilbur is the kid with the frosty-hair from Meet the Robinsons (excellent, excellent film if you haven't seen it, by the way). Messua is from The Jungle Book 2, but she exists in the original story (which is the only way I know her name). Athena appears in The Little Mermaid 3, which is actually a prequel called 'Ariel's Beginning.'

Other than that, they're all in original films :) Some of them just appear extremely briefly (Lilo's mom only shows up in a photograph, for pete's sake XD)

Wowza! I can see hours and hours here. I love all of the mums. And their dialogue is so funny--I can see your charm for story-telling present there. I was the most amused by Hera and Alcmene. Hee hee! Where did you get Ariel's mom from? She wasn't in the movie, was she? She looks just like her daughter.

Good luck for the contest--what do you get if you win? A pat on the back, or something more? :)

Actually, Ariel's mum shows up in the third movie, 'Ariel's Beginning.' It's very cute. But we get to see Athena, along with seeing a younger Triton and young versions of Ariel and her sisters. You should check it out ;)

And if I win? ...Yah, basically a pat on the back XD
