I was going to draw him wearing his shoulder holster, but it just didn't turn out. So you just get Charlie, with his suspenders hanging off, looking miffed. Classic Chuck
I think the goatee looks better on him in this one.
Also, I used stock from *jademacalla, who has some truly amazing stock. Lots of cool action shots! But I used probably the most calm picture in his entire gallery! Why? Dur, I dunno.

I think this is my favorite Charlie pic! He looks cute--that's all I've got to say.
